Mietfokus is based in Weil im Schönbuch and deliberately concentrates on this one area: from Stuttgart via Böblingen and Sindelfingen to Tübingen and Reutlingen – and the towns in between. We have been looking after rental apartments here for years and know the neighbourhoods, the rental markets and what matters to tenants in the region. All major towns are around 30 minutes away – short distances for viewings, handovers and appointments on site.
